The Heal Strong Method.

Healing is not a single intervention. It is the order in which you address what is broken. The Method is built on five pillars and one hierarchy. Used together, they explain why most programs do not last and why this one does.

THE ORDER OF OPERATIONS

The intervention Hierarchy.

Before any pillar. Before any peptide. Before any protocol. There is an order of operations. We work from the bottom up. If the foundation is unstable, every layer above it underperforms.

This is non-negotiable in our coaching, and it is the single biggest reason why other programs stall.

Every coaching engagement at Heal Strong starts at the bottom of this stack and only moves up when the layer beneath is stable.

01 Nutrition: the RTN framework.

RTN — Restoration Thyroid Nutrition — is a food-phase nutrition framework built around your unique biology, rather than a generic meal plan.

  • Foundation: food journal, baseline temperature and pulse, identifying reactive foods.

  • Structured prep phase: meal timing, macro ratios, stress management.

  • Macro customization based on individual responses, not a formula.

  • Resiliency: build metabolic flexibility so even small stressors stop derailing progress.

  • Comprehensive blood work and DNA where indicated.

02 Breathwork: the nervous system foundation.

Breathwork is not a solo add-on. It is the primary tool for regulating the nervous system. Without it, every other intervention is fighting a sympathetic state.

  • HRV, breath assessment — how well the body tolerates carbon dioxide.

  • CO₂ tolerance training to expand capacity over time.

  • Nasal breathing protocols, day and night.

  • Evening downregulation breathing for sleep preparation.

03 Movement: the patterns underneath the exercise.

Most fitness approaches start with what you do. We start with how you move. The pattern underneath the exercise determines whether you build strength or get sidelined.

  • Gait pattern analysis — foot strike vs. midfoot, arm swing, hip extension.

  • Resting posture assessment.

  • Ground position capability — can you get up and down with ease.

  • Cervical and shoulder mobility screen.

  • Breathing mechanics under load.

04 Peptides: targeted amplifiers.

Therapeutic peptides are short amino acid chains that act as messengers, telling cells to heal, repair, and rebalance. Used appropriately and sourced from FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies, they are one of the most powerful tools available for recovery, tissue repair, metabolic health, and longevity.

  • Education first: clients understand what each peptide does and why.

  • Three protocol lanes: restorative reset, recomposition, energy and vitality.

  • Add-on pathways for injury repair, skin and hair, immune support, sexual health.

  • Safety screening, biometric tracking, and phase-based progression.

05 Environment: the load you can stop fighting.

The environment you live in either supports your healing or quietly undermines it. Circadian disruption, endocrine disruptors, poor air quality, and accumulated toxic load all create invisible drag.

  • Week 1 — Bathroom: personal care products and endocrine disruptors.

  • Week 2 — Kitchen: cookware, food storage, water filtration.

  • Week 3 — Bedroom: sleep environment, light management.

  • Week 4 — Garage and laundry: cleaning products and chemical storage.

A FEEDBACK SYSTEM

How the pillars work together.

No client starts in the same place. The Method meets each person where they are. We assess all five pillars on day one, identify which is the weakest constraint, and start there. As the constraint shifts, the program shifts.

The pillars are not a checklist. They are a feedback system. That is what makes this different from a course, a meal plan, or a peptide protocol bought online. The system listens.
