Meet Jared

“I believe we all have the ability to heal and regain our strength and health by working out what it is that our body needs in terms of food, movement and bodywork.”

Jared Tavasolian is a lifelong student who wants to help you. He’s been a personal trainer, health coach and personalized nutrition coach for the past 20 years. After training with some of the most elite movers in the world he stepped out of the gym and developed his own approach to helping people retrain their nervous system in fun ways that help them gain strength and remain injury free.

His interest in food and nutrition comes from his own journey of being the kid who ate candy and junk food and had digestive issues. With knowledge, experience and training he is someone who now appreciates the relationship between what we eat, what we can absorb and the quality of our health which enables us to lead the lives we want.

A man with a beard is smiling in front of a palm tree.

His approach involves a process of observation and awareness and asks what is it that’s stopping you from producing energy and how do we begin to use food to interrupt that process. There is a negative feedback loop between your organs, gut and brain and how they are all interconnected with all the systems in your body.

A person is jumping off a rock into a body of water.
Two men are squatting in the grass with a kettlebell.
A man is helping a woman do push ups on a yoga mat in a park.
Two men are stretching their legs on the side of the road.

I’m going to teach you how to live and eat in a way that puts the system at ease so that you can start making decisions and change from a calm and more balanced state of being.

You cannot create change, unless you change the state of you and your nervous system.

Approaching healing from the standpoint of “give the body what it needs and it will do the rest” moves us away from symptom treatment “this for that” approach to practising health.

The body is always giving us signs and feedback, it’s just whether we are willing to listen.
