Jared Tavasolian founded Heal Strong after twenty years of watching the same pattern: people who could afford the best providers, follow the best protocols, and still not feel well.

I came up in performance coaching when the model was simple. Train hard, eat clean, recover. For most of my early clients, that worked. Then it stopped working for them, and for me.
What I figured out, slowly, was that the pieces had to be coached in a specific order. The nervous system before metabolism. Sleep before training. Environment before supplements. The body is a stack, and you have to stabilize the bottom before the top will hold.
The Method came out of that. Five pillars, one hierarchy. We do not treat. We do not diagnose. We are not in the place of your physician. We are the part that lives with you between appointments and helps you actually do the work.
Healing is not a single intervention. It is the accumulation of right-sized choices, in the right order, sustained long enough that the body trusts them. Most programs fail because they skip steps. Most clinical work fails because no one is coaching the day-to-day after the appointment.
We sit in the gap. We educate. We coordinate with your medical team where it makes sense. And we build systems that compound, so the work you do this month still counts in two years.
Adults — usually over forty — who have done the obvious things and want a deeper, more coordinated approach. Founders, parents, athletes, executives, people in clinical recovery. Locally in Southern California in person. Globally remote.
Application-based. Every client conversation starts with a written application Jared reads himself. The discovery call is a fit conversation, not a sales pitch. We turn down clients we are not the right home for. The work asks too much of you, and of us, to start it for the wrong reasons.
